Description
Senior management contracts, in accordance with the provisions of Article 38 Law 2/2007, Legal Statute of Statutory Staff of the Health Service of Castilla y León
Management posts provided under a senior management contract pursuant to Article 38 of Law 2/2007 of 7 March 2007 on the Legal Status of Statutory Staff of the Castile-Leon Health Service.
The remuneration of managerial posts is that assigned in the organic staff of the health centres and institutions of the Regional Health Management, in accordance with the provisions contained in the General Budget Laws of the Community of Castilla y León and other budgetary regulations with respect to all the personnel who perform these posts regardless of their form of provision, in accordance with the procedures provided for by law. The dismissal of staff occupying these managerial positions under a senior management contract shall not receive any compensation according to Article 38.8 of the Law on the Legal Status of Statutory Staff of the Health Service of Castilla y León.
