Register of associations of Castile-Leon
Description
The fundamental right of association, recognized in Article 22 of the Constitution, constitutes a sociological and political phenomenon, as a natural tendency of people and as an instrument of participation, in respect of which the Junta de Castilla y León has not remained on the sidelines.
Associations are a permanent grouping of natural or legal persons that come together to serve a specific purpose, not for profit, through an organization to which the law gives personality.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The data available come from the registrations made as a result of the documents submitted by the associations themselves in compliance with the provisions of the Law, as well as from the communications made by the representatives of the same. In those cases in which the entities do not diligently communicate the relevant information, this Registry cannot guarantee that the available information corresponds to the reality of those.
