Health cards by professional and basic health area

Description

Health cards (patients) by professional and basic health area. If the health center has a team pediatrician, the Family Physicians are assigned the IST>= 14 years. If the health center does not have a team pediatrician, family doctors are assigned all ISTs. The information is presented grouped in the following fields: date, management identifier, management, urban, basic health area identifier, basic health area, centre, capitals, hapedequipo, tsi, tsi14, mf, enf, ped, tsipormf, tsiporenf, tsiporped.
