Hospital discharges with Stroke diagnosis

Description

Number of admissions, with main diagnosis at discharge of Stroke (IEC10 codes: I60, I61, I62, I63). Each record represents an admission of a patient. The information is presented in columns: Date of admission, Date of discharge, Day of the week on the date of admission, Day of the week on the date of discharge, Basic Patient Health Zone (some whites along with scope, I do not understand why xq comes the hospital), Scope of origin, Hospital, Area, Province, Age, Sex. It is updated on the 8th of each month. The data for the current year are provisional pending consolidation at the end of the year.
