Quality brands of Castile and Leon
Description
The quality marks of Castilla y León are agri-food products, whose composition, origin and / or production process are regulated in a regulation of use, of voluntary application by operators and whose name and logo serves to differentiate and protect the product in the market. They must have, prior to their registration with the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office, a favorable report to the regulations of use issued by the Instituto Tecnológico Agrario de Castilla y León. They can be Warranty Marks (MG) or Collective Marks (MC). "Guarantee Trademark" means any sign capable of graphic representation, used by a plurality of companies under the control and authorization of its owner, which certifies that the products or services to which they apply meet common requirements, in particular, as regards their quality, components, geographical origin, technical conditions or method of preparation of the product. Collective Trademark is understood as any sign capable of graphic representation, which serves to distinguish in the market products or services of the members of an association that owns the trade mark from the products or services of other companies. The names and detail urls of all Castilla y León quality marks are included in the dataset.
