Forced expropriations in rural development

Description

Forced expropriation consists of the deprivation of private property or of rights or legitimate interests that are held over an asset, regardless of who they belong to (individuals, entities, public administrations, etc.), for reasons of public utility or social interest. For each expropriation, the name of the project, approval mechanism, promoter, beneficiary, affected farms, affected owners, date of call for prior acts, and occupation, square meters of definitive and temporary occupation, as well as easement of flight and aqueduct are published.
