Layer of reference points of the Urban Topographic Cartography 1:1.000 with geometry of points.Layer of geographical entities of point type formed by aggregation of all the reference points that are collected in the map sheets of the Urban Topographic Cartography 1:1.000 series.The points, contemplated in the data model, of which there is evidence and precise geographical referencing in X,Y,Z, with the objective that they can serve as a support or frame of reference of a multitude of works in the establishment of certain reliability parameters. They are, as a general rule, stable and static elements in space and time, and are usually characterized by being visible and easily identifiable from a distance.
