Basic data of the Provincial Historical Archives and General Archive of Castilla y León
Description
The dataset Basic dataset of the Provincial Historical Archives and the General Archive of Castilla y León collects fundamental and concise information on the functions performed by the archives and, in particular, those related to the services they provide both to the bodies that have produced the documentation and to the citizens. The data collected are:
File capacity measured in linear meters of shelving.
Occupancy of warehouses, i.e. occupied linear meters of shelving or installation units* under the responsibility of the archive.
Installation units entered.
Installation units that have definitively left the file, by transfer.
Installation units disposed of in application of the .
Within the category Services to citizens, the following data collected in the table are included:
number of researchers/users,
number of consultations in the room,
number of non-face-to-face consultations,
number of photocopies and
digital reproductions served.
Included in the category Services to the bodies producing the documentation are listed in the table these fields:
number of requests for information from the producer body,
number of requests for technical assistance from the producer body,
number of installation units consulted by the producer body,
number of files lent to the producer body,
number of files or documents included in files already kept in the archive.
