Consumer arbitration cases

Description

Consumer Arbitration is a voluntary procedure that allows to easily and equitably resolve disputes that may arise between the two protagonists of Consumer Affairs - entrepreneurs and consumers - without having to go to the Ordinary Courts of Justice. This dataset details 102 real consumer cases resolved in Castilla y León and collected in 2014, as a guide to how specific cases are resolved in arbitration, reflecting all types of claims.
