Open data training material

Data with a list of training materials on open data resulting from the work of the Challenge 2 group. Group that has been working since the national open data meeting held in Barcelona in 2022, to get public sector workers to develop knowledge and skills necessary to promote the dissemination of open data to improve public policies by incorporating citizens and companies throughout the opening process.
