Slaughterhouses

Description

List of slaughterhouses that supply meat exclusively to the population of their municipalities, with indication of ownership, management of the facilities, territorial scope and type of slaughter livestock. The dataset is sorted numerically by its ascending value. The data have been obtained from the Survey of Infrastructure and Local Equipment, in its phase of 2019.
