Bibliographic catalogue. Mixed materials

Description

the bibliographic records of “mixed materials” of the National Library of Spain, establish in a standardised way the description of the mixed materials that the BNE houses, in accordance with the technical process regulations: International Standard Book Description (ISBD), Listing Rules and Format MARC21 for bibliographic records. Under this heading, collections of documents, without educational purpose, and of different types (such as texts, photographs and sound recordings) are included, without any predominating over another. Generally, these materials are linked by the fact that they have been collected by or dealt with by a person or entity.
