Study of satisfaction of users of museums and municipal exhibitions

Description

Satisfaction study of the users of the museums and municipal exhibitions of the City of Madrid. The network of municipal museums expresses its constant commitment to the quality of services and their continuous improvement as a key element of its organizational culture, contemplating the person as a subject of rights and beneficiary of the quality of the service provided, whose needs and expectations must be met. For this, it is necessary to carry out the corresponding satisfaction study. In addition, with the realization of this study, it is also intended to have means to evaluate their degree of knowledge and satisfaction in relation to the quality commitments acquired with the citizenry through the “ Charter of Services of Municipal Museums ”. The results of this survey are shown in this dataset providing both the questions and the answers obtained anonymously.
