Study of Satisfaction with the Municipal Schools Program of Sports Promotion in Schools

Description

Study of the satisfaction of the directors of the educational centers with the municipal schools of sports promotion during extracurricular hours, organized from the General Directorate of Sport in collaboration with the different sports federations of the different sports modalities, through the analysis of the results obtained by carrying out a survey sent to the management staff of each school to their email inviting them to participate. The Municipal Schools of Sports Promotion in schools aim to promote a stable and continuous sports practice among schoolchildren of different sports modalities and the subsequent initiation to the competition with the participation of schools in the Municipal Sports Games. The objective of this study is to know the degree of satisfaction of the management staff with the Municipal Schools of Sports Promotion (EMPD) taught in the schools of the city of Madrid, through the realization of various questions related to the services offered (organization, facilities and teachers). In this way, areas or actions that require improvement interventions can be detected to achieve the general objective of the Quality Plan established in the City of Madrid: guarantee the quality of the services provided to citizens and their continuous improvement, achieving citizen satisfaction and achieving an increasingly effective and efficient public management, participatory and transparent.
