Study of Satisfaction of Users of the Participation Service for the Democratic Coexistence of Children and Adolescents

Description

Objective of the study: to know the satisfaction of children and adolescents with the dynamizing activity of the participation service. Objectives of the service: Guarantee the exercise of the right to participation of children and adolescents in the city of Madrid, promoting the free expression of their opinions on those issues that affect them. To train children and adolescents in citizen participation, awakening in them democratic values and attitudes of responsibility, commitment and sustainability. The target population of the service are children and adolescents between 6 and 17 years inclusive, from the districts of Centro, Retiro, Chamartín, Chamberí, Fuencarral-El Pardo, Moncloa-Aravaca, Carabanchel, Moratalaz, Ciudad Lineal, Villaverde, Vicálvaro, San Blas-Canillejas and Barajas, who wish to participate voluntarily and actively in the management of the city through the Commissions for the Participation of Children and Adolescents and any other participation space that has or is created in the district and / or the municipality, as well as in other institutions or administrations dedicated to children and adolescents. Services provided: Actions to sensitize and involve children and adolescents in municipal matters that are of interest to them. Creation and maintenance of points of participation for children and adolescents. Promotion and follow-up of the Commissions for the Participation of Children and Adolescents of the Local Councils for the Rights of Children and Adolescents, as well as of the Commission for the Participation of Children and Adolescents of the city of Madrid. d) Promotion of interaction and connection between the different spaces of participation that are established in each district and the municipality as a whole. Support for the holding of Children's Plenums and Adolescent Plenums, which include participants from all municipal districts. Dissemination of the participation of children and adolescents through telematic means. Creation of a radio channel.
