Satisfaction study of the users of the Sports Services of the Municipal Sports Centers

Study of the satisfaction of users with the Sports Services offered in the Municipal Sports Centers of the City of Madrid, through the analysis of the results obtained by carrying out a survey sent by email to a sample of users of open access classes and another sample of users of closed access classes in each of the Municipal Sports Centers chosen randomly at random, inviting them to participate. Each center offers the sports offer depending on the modalities of closed and / or open access. The closed access activities correspond to the registration classes in fixed days and schedules scheduled during the time established in the sports program of the season. Likewise, the open access activities correspond to the free access classes available to all people who reserve a place, through the various channels enabled (Madrid Mobile App, website, etc.). The purpose of the study is to analyze the profile of the people participating in the survey as users of sports services in Municipal Sports Centers and to know their opinion, expectations, needs and satisfaction, by asking various questions related to the services offered (facilities, services and teachers). Likewise, the results obtained by each Center are extracted from the total of surveys to establish the global average valuation of each of the aspects to be analyzed. In this way, areas or actions that need improvement interventions can be detected to achieve the general objective of the Quality Plan established in the City of Madrid for 2019-2023: guarantee the quality of the services provided to citizens and their continuous improvement, achieving citizen satisfaction and achieving an increasingly effective and efficient public management, participatory and transparent.
