Satisfaction study of users of Psychomotor Services in Municipal Sports Centers

Study of the satisfaction of the parents/guardians of the users with the Child Psychomotor Program in the Municipal Sports Centers of the City of Madrid through the analysis of the results obtained by carrying out a survey sent by email to the total of the people responsible for the children inviting them to participate. Through the Child Psychomotor Program it is intended to bring the little ones closer to play situations to favor their global development respecting their motor, cognitive, affective and socialization characteristics. At the same time, it is intended to facilitate a first contact with the environment of the different sports practices, including all those who may have special educational needs and where parents are personally informed through the tutoring that is carried out periodically during the course. The purpose of this study is the analysis of the profile of the users of the psychomotor program through the survey addressed to parents / guardians and know their opinion, expectations, needs and satisfaction, by asking various questions related to the services offered (facilities, scheduling of sessions and tutorials and technical professional). In this way, areas or actions that need improvement interventions can be detected to achieve the general objective of the Quality Plan established in the City of Madrid for 2019-2023: guarantee the quality of the services provided to citizens and their continuous improvement, achieving citizen satisfaction and achieving an increasingly effective and efficient public management, participatory and transparent.
