Access to public information: registration of applications and complaints

Description

The City Council of Madrid, in compliance with article 31 of Law 10/2019, of April 10, on Transparency and Participation of the Community of Madrid, has a public register of access requests and complaints, in which you can consult the detail, except in what affects personal data protected by law. The information that is published contains the following data: The file number assigned to the application. The date of submission of the application. The concise description of the information requested and the reasons if any. The competent body to resolve it. The description of the cause of termination or type of response given to the request. The date of the decision and the reasons therefor, where applicable. The date of notification to the applicant. This information is provided as of 2024. The time spent in processing it from the date of entry to the date of notification (in business days). This information is provided as of 2024. The justification for the delay. This information is provided as of 2024. The classification of the subject matter of the application according to subject matter and sub-subject matter. The way of submitting the application or type of entry (internet, attention to citizenship or others). The method of access to receive the information, chosen by the applicant (telematics, postal mail, face-to-face). The identity and contact details of the data subject (provided that the person authorizes the publication of their data). If the request has been made by a natural or legal person. Age range and sex of the applicant, in the event that these fields have been completed. The number of the complaint filed and the meaning of the resolution issued by the Transparency and Participation Council of the Community of Madrid. The number of the administrative appeal lodged. Note: the Council for Transparency and Data Protection of the Community of Madrid (formerly the Council for Transparency and Participation of the Community of Madrid) is the collegiate body responsible for the resolution of complaints.
