Government Operational Plan 2019-2023

This data set provides an account of the actions of the Government Operational Programme approved for the 2019-2023 mandate. The Government Plan is a planning and evaluation tool that structures the political objectives set by the Government of the City of Madrid for this mandate. These objectives are deployed in a structure of various elements aligned to achieve them: axes, objectives, strategies and concrete actions. It allows the monitoring of municipal action from an integrated perspective and enables accountability to citizens in an exercise of global transparency that establishes for each action the Area of Government or District responsible for its execution. Each action indicates its name, its description, the strategy to which it responds, the strategic objective in which it is framed, the strategic axis of which it is part, the area of government or responsible district, and the SDG to whose achievement it is aligned.
