Description

The main objective of the study is to know the perception and degree of satisfaction with municipal services and the assessment of the management of the City of Madrid in the face of COVID-19. This dataset provides the microdata from the survey conducted for the preparation of the study. The technical data sheet, questionnaire and report on the results of the study are available in the Related Information section.
