Studies of Citizen Perception

Description

This set of data offers the list of studies of citizen perception promoted by the different municipal bodies in order to know the needs of citizens, evaluate citizen satisfaction of services and obtain information for the diagnosis of the situation and to improve municipal services and actions, while promoting citizen participation. These studies are carried out with the final objective of collecting information that allows improving municipal services and actions. Each study indicates its name, year, promoting body, area of action and the URL of the link to the study information published in the Quality and Evaluation section of the municipal website (www.madrid.es/qualityevaluation )
