Satisfaction study of the Preventive Physiotherapy Service

Description

Satisfaction survey of users of the Preventive Physiotherapy Service. The purpose of this survey is to know the quality perceived by users about the Preventive Physiotherapy Service, as well as to receive their suggestions, in order to establish an improvement plan. This service aims to improve the personal capacity of the elderly avoiding and / or delaying progressive deterioration, through group physiotherapy maintenance activities. It is developed in the Municipal Centers for the Elderly that have a gym or physiotherapy room sufficiently large and equipped for the development of this activity. The objectives of the service are: Provide preventive rehabilitation care. Maintain the physical abilities and autonomy of older people. Increase functional capacities, which, with age and the pathological processes linked to it, are diminished and can become invalidating. Improve the quality of life, facilitating and maintaining the activities of daily life. Facilitate integration into the social environment The service is aimed at users of the Municipal Centers for the Elderly, affected by some physical deterioration or chronic disabling pathology, which makes physiotherapeutic care advisable (residual stroke, Parkinson's, advanced polyarthrosis). The survey explores aspects of the service related to its notoriety, impact, organization and delivery, team of professionals or global assessment, as well as some instruments for prioritizing improvements.
