Study of satisfaction of the users of the Day Centers

Description

Satisfaction survey of the users of the Day Centres. The objective of this study is to know the value that the users perceive of the Day Centers, as well as to obtain an overview of their needs and expectations. This makes it possible to review the implementation of the areas of improvement detected in previous studies. Day Centres are non-residential social services facilities where social, preventive and rehabilitative care is provided to the elderly group, on a daytime basis to prevent and / or compensate for the loss of autonomy. The objective is to provide socio-health care that prevents and compensates for the loss of autonomy, providing support to their relatives or caregivers, delaying institutionalization and facilitating their stay in their usual environment. They are aimed at people over 65 years of age, or exceptionally under that age. The centres offer different services and programmes: Reception programme. Comprehensive and interdisciplinary assessment of the personal and family situation. Health care programme. Psychological care program to be provided in Day Centers for elderly people with cognitive impairment, Alzheimer's disease and other dementias. Family Support Service. Toilet and Personal Care Service. Food and Nutrition Service. Adapted Transportation Service. The survey explores aspects of the service related to its notoriety, impact, organization and delivery, team of professionals or global assessment, as well as some instruments for prioritizing improvements.
