Fire prevention inspections

NOTICE: Since 2024 there has been a change in the structure of the data file that adds new fields. Fire prevention inspection files prior to 2024 follow the above structure. The Fire Prevention Inspectorate of the Fire Department of Madrid informs about its competence regarding the licenses of first occupation and / or operation in accordance with Annex VI of the Ordinance of Licenses and Responsible Urban Declarations of the City of Madrid. On the other hand, it intervenes in what is called the discipline of fire informing and / or inspecting, mainly on demand but also ex officio, those premises and buildings that present irregularities in fire prevention.
