Training plans of the Madrid City Council for public employees

In order to develop the training competences of the Directorate-General for Human Resources Planning provided for in the Agreement of 29 June 2023 of the Governing Board of the City of Madrid on the organisation and competences of the Economic, Innovation and Finance Governance Area, and in accordance with Chapter X of the Agreement on common working conditions for civil servants and staff of the City of Madrid and its Autonomous Bodies for the period 2019-2022, the Madrid Talent School draws up annually the Training Plan for public employees of the City of Madrid and its Autonomous Bodies. The Annual Training Plan is approved by the General Training Commission and published in the BOAM. In this data set, all the training activities of the annual Training Plan are collected, detailing their objectives and contents, as well as other additional characteristics (recipients, number of editions, number of students, number of teaching hours…). It also identifies the program of the Plan in which each training activity is included and its relationship with strategic plans of the City Council. The source of the data set is PROFE, which is the integral management system of the training of the Madrid Talent School.
