Complaints and sanctions on urban cleaning and green areas

Description

Information on complaints of infractions on urban cleaning and green areas regulated by the Ordinance on Cleaning Public Spaces, Waste Management and Circular Economy and, if they give rise, a sanction. In order to comply with the aforementioned provision, the report cards drawn up by the Municipal Police and the inspection reports carried out by the Environmental Waste Agents, in their capacity as Agents of the Authority, are listed, which will lead to the initiation of the corresponding penalty proceedings for non-compliance with the Ordinance of 20 December 2022 on the Cleaning of Public Spaces, Waste Management and Circular Economy. These sanctions are related to conduct and activities aimed at the cleaning of public and private spaces, as well as the collection, storage, transport, recovery, treatment and disposal of urban or municipal waste. For each penalty proceedings, information is provided, inter alia, on the district, place of the offence, date of the offence, date of commencement of the proceedings, type of penalty and the article of the infringed Ordinance identifying the type of offence.
