Map Service where the Building Conditions Plan of the Madrid General Urban Planning Plan of 1997 is represented, as published after its final approval in the BOCM on April 19, 1997. It indicates the funds and the weighted coefficient of buildability for the case of new construction or general restructuring of the same, in those plots regulated by the Zonal Rule 1. It also reflects those parcels which, because of their special characteristics, are not subject to the general conditions and, consequently, these are defined in particular by means of a detailed sheet.
