Agendas of public officials of the City Council of Madrid

Description

The Plenary of the City Council of Madrid on July 27, 2016 approved the Transparency Ordinance of the City of Madrid, which indicates in its article 9.2.c, that the institutional agendas of the Mayor, councilors, holders of the management bodies and the eventual staff that integrates the cabinets and that has the status of director, advisory or advisory member or equivalent will be published. Subsequently, Law 10/2019, of April 10, on Transparency and Participation of the Community of Madrid, which establishes in its article 10.2e, the obligation to publish the complete work agendas and meetings of public officials. This data set includes information related to meetings, events or meetings, both face-to-face and in other formats (videoconferences), which are held with natural persons or representatives of legal persons on matters related to the activity of the Madrid City Council, are held both in facilities and dependencies of the Madrid City Council and outside them.
