Regulated Parking Service Areas SER

Description

Roads of the city and its associated SER area. Important: there is also another dataset in the catalogue called “ Current street of the city: streets or roads, buildings and / or numbers, postal sections and crossings ”, in which there is a downloadable file that is “ Current postal addresses with geographical coordinates ”, in which associated with each address of the city comes out in column N, the information of the associated SER zone (or a zero, if there is no SER zone that address), and the geographical coordinates associated with that address. It is published in associated documentation the plans of the areas of 'Differentiated Area of Long Stay' whose objective was to provide certain roads with a series of parking spaces with a special regime of use according to the needs of users. There are two types of differentiated areas listed in Article 55 of the WHO; Deterrent use, which until the WHO publication in October 2018 was called Long Stay. It currently has a reduced rate (0.5 € time) and has no rotation, it can be parked continuously during the 12 hours of the service with just a ticket. Use for socio-sanitary reasons , has a reduced rate compared to that of the blue places but maintains the rotation to a maximum of permanence in the parking lot in 4 hours. The only existing socio-health area is that of the environment of the La Paz hospital.
