Hydroelectric power stations

Description

Hydroelectric power plants in the Spanish part of the Douro River Basin District. A hydroelectric plant is an installation that takes advantage of hydraulic energy, understood as that produced by water falling from a certain height. For this, it has generators that convert the rotation movement of the turbines into electricity.
