Entrustments to own resources (Article 32 LCSP) (CNMC)

Description

According to Article 8 of the Law on Transparency, Access to Public Information and Good Governance (Law 19/2013), the National Commission on Markets and Competition will publish the management orders that are signed, indicating their object, budget, duration, economic obligations and subcontracts that are made with mention of the successful bidders, the procedure followed for the award and the amount thereof.
