Description
According to Article 8 of the Law on Transparency, Access to Public Information and Good Governance (Law 19/2013), the National Commission on Markets and Competition shall publish the list of the agreements signed, with reference to the signatory parties, their purpose, duration, modifications made, obliged to carry out the services and, where appropriate, the agreed economic obligations.
