Description
The Annual Report of Imserso includes information on the programs and actions developed by the entity in the reference period, among others, the following:
- The actions carried out in relation to the application and development of Law 39/2006, of December 14, on the Promotion of Personal Autonomy and Care for People in a Situation of Dependence.
- Actions aimed at promoting the active ageing of the elderly and the cohesion and quality of the social services system, highlighting in this regard its Tourism and Social Thermalism programmes.
- Programmes and services relating to non-contributory pensions (NCPs), social and economic benefits for persons with disabilities and subsidies, specialized care centres and State referral centres, programmes to promote personal autonomy, innovation and technical support programmes, institutional cooperation, international relations and social participation.
