* Center Eq.Level 3 (Public center, concerted center, others).
* Center Eq. Name of the CI (name of center).
* Address, C.P.
* Level 1 (Hardware, Furniture Environment).
* Level 2 (Teams, laptops, monitors, projection, etc.).
* Equipment.Level 3 (PC, laptop, projector, cart, interactive whiteboard, etc.).
* Total number of equipment applied.
