Extraction of “Files Management”, in spreadsheet format, with the following columns:
— Year_Adjudication.
— Month_Adjudication.
— Nature_Contract: (supplies, AT, consulting,...).
— Number_Files (number that quantifies).
Note: The start year is 2010 and the file is cumulative.
