Extraction in spreadsheet format with the following columns:
— Program.Name of the CI (Online Health Convention, Online Health Agreement II).
— Autonomous Community, Province, Municipality.
— Center Eq.Level 3 (warehouse, health center, veterinary center, back-up center, office, central node, provincial office, others).
— Center Eq. Name of the CI (name of the health center).
— Address, C.P.
— Level 1 (Hardware, software, server environment, power environment, furniture environment).
— Level 2 (servers, components, printing, monitors, electronics, scanner, videoconference, etc.).
— Equipment.Level 3 (printer, whiteboard, server, microphone, monitor, projector, laptop, software, etc.).
— Total number of equipment applied.
NOTE: Information on equipment locations may vary due to replacements or transfers of equipment.
