- Ownership and/or use of different services: landline and mobile telephone, electric power, gas, home and car insurance, urban, intercity and air transport, financial services of banks and savings banks, car and appliance repair services. - With respect to such services: company with which you have the contract, degree of satisfaction with the service, possession of some problem in the last year. - If you have had problems with the services: reason, means used to solve it, means by which it solved the problem and satisfaction with the resolution of the problem. - Opinion on whether or not there is competition in the services of: landline and mobile phone, internet, electricity, gas, air transport, financial services and home and car insurance. - Change of service provider in the last year in fixed telephony, mobile or internet. Difficulty in making such a change. Proposals to improve the service of these companies. I agree with different statements about these companies. - Political ideology scale of the interviewee. - Voting memory in the 2004 general election.
