The world of work as the central axis of all group discourses. - Transforming the world of work in rural areas: closure of the primary sector and industrial depopulation. - The quality of salaried and self-employed work. - Mobility and internal migrations. - Reproduction of family activity: small traders, industrial wage earners and emerging farmers and ranchers. - Main discursive positions regarding the value of training and its relationship with employment. - The decoupling of training from employment as a common position. Training as a way for the accumulation of cultural and symbolic capital and for re-classification through the service sector. - The dysfunctional and/or anti-economic effects of training. - Positions in the face of leisure practices. - Bars as main leisure centers.
