Description
Port services are the supply activities that are necessary for the operation of ports aimed at making possible the carrying out of operations associated with maritime traffic, in conditions of safety, efficiency, regularity, continuity and non-discrimination, and that are carried out in the territorial scope of the Port Authorities. Commercial services are commercial activities of a commercial nature that, not having the character of port services, are linked to port activity.
