General Register of Port Services Providers
Description
The consolidated text of the Law on State Ports and the Merchant Navy, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 2/2011 of 5 September 2011, in its article 120 establishes the creation of the General Register of Companies Providing Port Services by Ports of the State. Order FOM/36/2014, of 10 January, determines the data that must be included in the Register and regulates, in addition, the procedure for the registration of companies in it.
Based on the above and in the interests of transparency in the provision of port services in ports of general interest, this Register is made available to the public.
