Statistics: Tax Ordinances on Property Tax
Description
The General Directorate of the Cadastre has the competence of the generation of Cadastral Statistics, which are included in the National Statistical Plan.
The Statistics of Tax Ordinances on Property Tax include tax rates (urban with differentiated rates if any, rustic and BICE); managing entity, surcharge, excensions and bonuses.
Legislative Decree 1/2004 of 5 March 2004 approving the consolidated text of the Law on Real Estate Cadastre (TRLCI), in its article 4, establishes that the formation and maintenance of the Real Estate Cadastre, as well as the dissemination of cadastral information is the exclusive competence of the State through the General Directorate of the Cadastre.
The scope of the administrative register of the real estate register corresponds to the entire national territory, except the Basque Country and Navarre.
