Description
The General Directorate of the Cadastre publishes the tax statistics of the Property Tax, which are included in the National Statistical Plan.
Real estate tax statistics take into account only non-exempt goods: receipts issued, tax base, payable basis, full fee and liquid fee. They include tax pressure results.
The Legislative Decree 1/2004 of 5 March 2004 approving the consolidated text of the Law on Real Estate Cadastre (TRLCI), in its article 4, establishes that the formation and maintenance of the Real Estate Cadastre, as well as the dissemination of cadastral information is the exclusive competence of the State through the General Directorate of the Cadastre.
The scope of the administrative register of the real estate register corresponds to the entire national territory, except the Basque Country and Navarre.
