Cadastral statistics: Real Estate Catastro Titulares
Description
The General Directorate of the Cadastre has the competence of the generation of Cadastral Statistics, including these within the National Statistical Plan.
The Cadastral Statistics contain information about the main variables of the Real Estate Cadastre, there being a specific section for each type of goods: urban, rustic and special characteristics, as well as for the data corresponding to cadastral ownership.
Cadasstro Inmobiliario Titulares includes the number of holders in urban and rustic (at the level of the Autonomous Communities and province, a breakdown is given according to the number of real estate).
The Legislative Decree 1/2004 of 5 March 2004 approving the consolidated text of the Law on Real Estate Cadastre (TRLCI), in its article 4, establishes that the formation and maintenance of the Real Estate Cadastre, as well as the dissemination of cadastral information is the exclusive competence of the State through the General Directorate of the Cadastre.
The scope of the administrative register of the real estate register corresponds to the entire national territory, except the Basque Country and Navarre.
