Centralised State Procurement System: Contracts based on framework agreements and specific contracts for dynamic purchasing systems
Description
Publicity of contracts based on framework agreements for the purchase of products and the provision of services declared centralised procurement, concluded from January 1, 2014 onwards, by the Central Procurement of the State for the entire General State Administration.
The State Procurement Centre enters into framework agreements with the aim of streamlining government procurement systems for commonly used products and services. The framework agreement makes it possible to establish the minimum conditions under which the successful undertakings will provide the services and supplies of products to the administration.
In order to carry out these acquisitions, the ministries and agencies propose to the Directorate-General for Rationalisation and Centralisation of Procurement the award of contracts based on their specific needs, among the companies selected in the framework agreements, contracts that you can consult in this category of the Portal.
