Public Expenditure in non-university education institutions by type of Administration in relation to Total Public Expenditure
Description
The evolution of the global figures and indicators of Public Expenditure on Education is offered through series that present the main results since 1992, the beginning of this statistic. This allows us to observe the trend experienced in the financial resources allocated by public administrations to education over time. A double presentation of the results of public expenditure on education is made, including and excluding from its accounting the financial budget chapters, to facilitate the analysis of its evolution and achieve a greater adjustment with the criteria of international statistics. It should be noted that the estimate of imputed social contributions that is included in the Public Expenditure on Education, provided by the National Institute of Statistics (INE), is calculated according to the methodology applied in the National Accounting of Spain in the 2010 base that follows the European System of National and Regional Accounts 2010 (SEC-2010).
