Digital Land Model (5 meters) of Spain
Description
Digital terrain model with 5 m mesh step, with the same sheet distribution as the MTN50. File format ASCII matrix ESRI (asc). Geodetic reference system ETRS89 (in the Canary Islands REGCAN95, compatible with ETRS89) and UTM projection in the spindle corresponding to each sheet. In the Canary Islands the UTM spindle is 28. MDT05 has been obtained by interpolation from the land class of LIDAR flights of the PNOA, with the exception of the leaves of Andorra, Ceuta, Melilla, Isla de Alboran and Gibraltar (183-2, 1110-3, 1111-3, 1078B, 1078-2) obtained by automatic stereocorrelation of photogrammetric flights of the National Air Orthophotography Plan (PNOA) with a resolution of 25 to 50 cm/pixel, revised and interpolated with break lines where feasible. Available in Download Center (ASCII format) and through the WCS download service (several formats).
