Description
The 2015 Balance of the fight against infringement of intellectual property rights is published by the Ministry of the Interior and the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport, in collaboration with the National Association for the Defense of Trademark (ANDEMA), an association attached to the Higher Council of Chambers of Commerce.
The data collected in this report reflect the total police interventions carried out both by the State Security Forces and Corps (National Police and Civil Guard), as well as by the Local Police Corps that provide data to the Statistical Crime System (SEC).
