2014 balance sheet of the fight against infringement of industrial property rights

This annual report is published jointly with the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism, through the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM), and in collaboration with the National Association for the Defense of Trademark (ANDEMA), an association attached to the Superior Council of Chambers of Commerce. The information presented in this report corresponds to all the police interventions carried out both by the State Security Forces and Corps (National Police and Civil Guard) and by the Local Police Corps that provide data to the Statistical Crime System.
