Geographic information layers related to the theme “Administrative Units” are provided, including information on regional, municipal and parish boundaries, as well as the geolocation of localities and other population entities.
The EU refers to a geographical area with an administrative authority that is empowered to take administrative or strategic decisions for that area, within the legal and institutional framework of the Member State.
