Description
Hydrography includes, as in the INSPIRE theme of the same name, the linear hydrographic network, bodies of water, both natural and artificial and points of water interest.It is recommended that the linear hydrographic network be complete, continuous and connected. To do this, it is enough to add fictitious connection sections for the objects that make up the network, that is, the so-called river axes, to ensure the continuity of the watercourses. (See Section 2.3.3 of the Preamble to the Phenomena Dictionary).
